Check Performance Impact: Highlight a swap to preview its effects on your car’s PI Class, horsepower, torque, weight, and weight distribution. This is key for ensuring your car still handles the way you want it to.
Confirm Selection: Press the select button to equip your chosen motor or battery.

4. Install and Purchase the Upgrades

Once you’ve decided on a swap, it’s time to finalize the upgrade.

View Checkout Basket: Press the setup/view button to open your shopping cart.
Buy the Parts: Confirm the purchase using Credits (CR) or Car Points, depending on your vehicle’s progression. Once purchased, the swap will be installed automatically, and your car will immediately reflect the new powertrain’s performance.

Final Tips

Test Your Car: After a swap, take your car out for a spin. Different engines or batteries can drastically change handling and acceleration.
Experiment: Don’t be afraid to try combinations you wouldn’t normally consider. Sometimes a small EV motor in a lightweight sports car can outperform a massive V8 in certain events.
Consider Weight Distribution: Remember that some swaps can add significant weight to the front or rear, impacting cornering. Fine-tune your suspension if needed.
